Electricity for all day use of TV and fans, and everything (no a/c is needed) is about $30 a month, gas for cooking about $8, or gas for cooking and hot water is about $12 a month (I have solar hot water, no monthly cost), water is about $50 a year, food is fresh and organic and from farms nearby, right now oranges are about 15 cents a pound, fresh mea...
